At Velixas, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete product, you may request a return.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 5 days of receiving your order if:

• The product is damaged or defective.
• You received the wrong product.
• The product has missing parts or accessories.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused and in its original condition.
• The product must be returned with its original packaging, tags, and all accessories.
• Clear photos or videos of the issue may be required for verification.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

• The product has been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
• The original packaging or accessories are missing.
• The return request is submitted after 5 days from the date of delivery.
• The product belongs to a non-returnable category.

Return Verification

All return requests are subject to verification and approval based on the condition of the product and the return eligibility of our fulfillment partner. If a return request does not meet the eligibility criteria, it may be declined.

Refund Policy

Once your returned product is received and approved after inspection, the refund process will begin.

Ye policy realistic hai aur tere liye buffer bhi banati hai. Bas ek cheez ka dhyan rakhna: agar kisi Meesho product par return available hi nahi hai, to us product ko ya to store par list mat kar, ya uske product page par clearly mention kar de ki "This product is non-returnable." Isse baad me customer dispute ke chances kam ho jayenge.
